When the fault is restored, the PLC receives a signal and automatically starts the ice machine to achieve fully automatic control.

Ice storage room

Made of 304 stainless steel material, it directly and effectively prevents equipment from rusting and corrosion, increases equipment service life, and uses polyurethane foam to more effectively preserve borneol and prevent it from melting.

Installation of ice machine

Connect to the power supply and tap water. The tap water automatically enters the water storage tank, and is pumped by a cold water circulation pump to enter the water distribution tray from the inlet of the ice machine evaporator.

Through a sprinkler pipe, water is evenly sprinkled onto the inner wall of the evaporator, forming a water film. The water film exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the evaporator channel, causing a rapid decrease in temperature and forming a thin layer of ice on the inner wall of the evaporator,

When the ice reaches the required thickness (under normal circumstances, the thickness of the ice sheet is 1.5mm~2.2mm), it will break into ice sheets under the rotation and compression of the ice knife, and the ice sheets will freely fall into the ice storage tank through the ice drop port under the action of gravity. Part of the water that has not formed ice sheets flows back from the return tank to the water tank through a water baffle, and is recycled for ice making.
