  Introduction

Water enters the water distribution tray from the inlet of the ice machine evaporator, and is evenly sprinkled onto the inner wall of the evaporator through the sprinkler tray, forming a water film; The water film exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the evaporator channel, causing a rapid decrease in temperature, forming a thin layer of ice on the inner wall of the evaporator. Under the compression of the ice knife, it breaks into pieces of ice and falls into the ice storage room through the ice drop port. Part of the water that has not formed ice flows back from the return port to the cold water tank through a water receiving tray, and enters the next cycle through a cold water circulation pump.
