Why cooked food need to be pre-chilled/pre-cooled
1. The cooling time is short. It only takes 10-15 minutes to cool the cooked food from 90 ℃ to room temperature, and 25 minutes to cool it below 10 ℃.
2. During the cooling process, cooked food cooled in a sealed vacuum state is clean and hygienic without bacterial contamination.
3. The cooling temperature is uniform, and the temperature of each part of the food in the vacuum tank has been kept in a state of uniform decline.
4. The cooling temperature can be changed according to the needs, and the temperature required for cooling the cooked food can be easily obtained by adjusting the vacuum degree.
5. Improve the quality of cooked food, prevent food oxidation at high temperature, and avoid the good breeding period of bacteria at 30--70 ℃.
6. It occupies a small area and does not produce any pollution during operation. It can be directly installed on the cooked food production site.
