The type of cold room is different, and the cooling equipment selected is also different. Low-temperature processing or packaging room According to food hygiene requirements, food processing and packaging generally need to be carried out in a workshop with a room temperature of 6~15°C. Such a workshop must be equipped with cooling equipment, and the operator's requirements for fresh air must be considered.

Features of Double Side Blowing Air cooler:

1. The shell of the air cooler is made of high-quality steel plate sprayed with plastic, and it can also be made of aluminum-magnesium alloy plate or 304 stainless steel plate, which has a beautiful appearance;

2. The coils are arranged in a staggered manner with high heat exchange efficiency;

3. The external rotor motor is adopted, with double-sided side blowing, soft air supply and low noise;

4. High-quality stainless steel electric heating tubes are evenly distributed in the coil, and the defrosting effect is good

5. For customers with special needs, long-distance air supply ducts or explosion-proof motors can be used according to customer requirements.

Precautions for installation of air cooler:

• The distance between the back of the air cooler and the insulation board of the cold storage is at least 300MM, which is conducive to the air circulation in the cold storage/packing room and facilitates future maintenance.
• A U-shaped oil return bend should be installed at the air return port of the air cooler to facilitate the return of the refrigerated oil to the cold storage/packing room compressor.
• The outlet pipe of the cooling fan should be set with a U-shaped bend to form a liquid seal to avoid air circulation inside and outside the cold storage warehouse/packing room.
